Scope of Admission

Grade 6 newcomers to be enrolled in September 2026

Eligibility

Foreigners (holding foreign passports)
Permanent Residents of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan (holders of the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents or the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents)
For overseas Permanent Residence holders, please consult admission teachers for specific requirements.

Admission Process

(1)Please submit the completed Application Form, Guardian Guarantee Form (downloadable from the official website: http://www.hseid.com), scanned copy of the student’s passport, and scanned copies of the past two years’ academic transcripts to guojibu@hsefz.cn. (Academic transcripts should include scanned copies of the Chinese, Mathematics, English, and class teacher’s comments from the student’s growth manual.)

(2) After receiving a reply email, submit the rest mandatory application materials as instructed.

(3)Upon successful review of the application materials, the student will be officially enrolled, and a confirmation email stating “You have successfully registered for the Junior High School Admissions Information Session on March 28, 2026” will be sent.

(4) Application deadline: March 20, 2026.
